Like many of us, you’ve probably heard cannabis can help with cancer. But it’s something that has a ton of misinformation. It can help to treat it, but it doesn’t cure it. Here, we’ll go over the truth regarding this, and what this means for those using it to help with cancer treatments.

It doesn’t kill Cancer

Sadly, there are a lot of people who do believe that this is something that can kill cancer cells. Right now, it’s something that doesn’t have concrete proof to it, but the thing is, while there are some studies which have found that it may impact the treatment of cancer, it does not have anything which proves it can kill it. But it can help during cancer treatments in many ways.

Helping with Cancer Treatments

Cannabis is great for treating different cancer symptoms including depression, pain, anxiety, and even some symptoms associated and caused by cancer. Chemo is one of the best ways to treat cancer, but the problem is, chemotherapy is rough, and the symptoms are not easy. Cannabis can help with many of the issues that come about when you get chemotherapy.

Cannabis can first and foremost treat nausea along with vomiting better than normal methods do. Fatigue is another one. It does help with fatigue, and there is some anecdotal evidence that says that cannabis helps those who have symptoms of chronic fatigue by beating them. It can help with increasing the appetite though, especially for those who lose their appetite due to cancer treatments, and those with AIDS or HIV.

Depression is another thing it can help with. Cancer is not fun, and let’s be honest, it’s very depression. With cannabis, you’ll be able to help with the treatment of this. It can be used to help activate the receptors necessary for that.

Is it Safe?

This is something that you can combine with medications used to treat cancer. However, do understand that there is a lot of data that actually does discuss cannabis being mixed with other medications. It’s good to error on the side of caution when you’re combining a pain relief for example with anti-anxiety meds as well. Cannabis does amplify these things, so you should discuss with your doctor the side effects of this too.

A big thing to understand as well is that, due to the nature of legalization, there isn’t enough that we know about regarding cancer, and what we’re capable of doing with this. It’s something that can offer relief to patients that are dealing with this difficult time, but there is nothing that says that it can cure the symptoms of cancer, making it go away.

While it has been found in some cases to potentially do this, there is no evidence that says otherwise. However cannabis is one of the best ways to relieve the rough encounters that happen when you have cancer. Cancer is not an easy thing for well, anyone to deal with. In fact, it can feel like hell on earth for some people who struggle with it. But there are some ways to treat some of the symptoms and attempt to make this a more pleasant experience for you. With this, you’ll be able to feel better and have a better life.

If you do have bad symptoms when you’re consuming cannabis, talk to not just your doctor, but others as well, to see if there is anything that you can do in order to help with making sure that you get everything that you need, and also, to make things better too.

With many now going back to in-person learning or remote learning, sometimes it’s hard to fully focus. For those who are of legal age, you may wonder if cannabis is a good answer for this. The simple answer is yes. Productivity is something that can be achieved through sativa strains and those with high CBD content in them.

Strains to help with Productivity?

They are possible. While most people assume cannabis means couch locked and the munchies, there are strains which can grossly impact the productivity of this. Absorbing lectures and internalizing thins said in class can be exhausting, and stimulation is something that you can achieve with this. Here, we’ll discuss as well what else you can do with this, but you can definitely take a strain to help with the challenges that come with learning online.

Tips to Help

While it isn’t something simple for you to understand such as indica dominant or heavy indica strains, you definitely want something that offers a cerebral sort of high and stimulation, and this may be something that can help you with staying focused. THC as well does interfere with your short-term memory. You tend to forget things more. if you do plan to use cannabis before class, go for strains with higher CBD in them.

Then there is the aspects of dosage. Many people do a lot better with less, so micro dosing is usually one of the best ways to get all of the benefits, without getting way too high from the strain itself. You should try  little bit and see if it’s right for you. A little goes a long way with this, and it can be something which can benefit.

There are a few cautions to also keep in mind. It is best if you don’t take too much of an edible or a heavy dosage or something right before class. Even edibles may kick in at the wrong time, causing you to struggle to absorb the contents of your lectures and such.

That’s why taking a little puff before you go to class, or maybe just a little dosage of a tincture or even jus ta touch of an edible is a good way to do it. Make sure as well that you look at the terpenes too. Something that offers a euphoric and refreshing taste to your strain is the best way to do this. Try to make sure to avoid indica dominant strains, and instead reach for sativa or a hybrid strain.

You can also do this quite a bit beforehand if it’s something that lasts a bit longer. Most of the time though, the puff of a joint usually lasts up to about an hour or so, but sometimes a bit longer for the best results. You also can experiment. Try a little bit, and then go into your lecture. How do you feel after you have it? Do you feel like you get it better? Or is it worse for you? If the answer is the latter, then make adjustments accordingly, and try to avoid consuming that strain instead. If you notice that it makes you feel good, then continue to try it. Don’t be afraid to have a bit before class, as it can help.

Cannabis does help with productivity and wellness, and you’ll be able to, with this as well, create the exact and best sort of means for you to enjoy. from there, you’ll be able to have a happier, healthier learning experience, and be able to assimilate a whole lot more when learning too.

If you’ve never been to a dispensary, you’ve probably heard of what’s called cannabis concentrates. They’ve been huge since the 1990s and are considered one of the hottest topics in the realm of cannabis. They are very potent, flavorful, and also are stable on the shelf and also offer portable forms, they are a great way to take your cannabis experience to the next level. Here, you’ll learn a bit about what the differences are with distillate and everything else, and why cannabis distillates are something worth looking at.

What are they

Before we get deep into this, let’s talk about concentrates. They’re basically concentrated cannabis flower and with more and more being liquid or semi liquid, most of the original concentrates called hashish are chalky, made of a solid block, and also have resinous trichomes within this.

The world of concentrates basically breaks down into two types of extractions, solventless and solvent. Solventless are made with through mechanical means such as temperatures, pressures and filtrations, whereas the solvent forms usually use ethanol, butane, and other means to get the cannabinoids and the terpenes from this. This is more popular since this is something that usually is a lot less labor-intensive, but mechanical does usually have very strong flavors and potency to it too.

Why they’re a Game changer

Distillates have set a game-changing bar to this, and you might wonder why. Well, there are a few reasons. For starters, distillate makes a lot of items more affordable than ever before. Vape pens, and other devices are easier to produce, are shelf-stable, and are very potent concentrates. Distillate is made through combination processes, with one of them being CO2, and the other one being super cooled to get rid of the cannabinoids and terpenes. Different produces use different kinds of approaches, but usually pressurize steam, along with heat are utilized to refine this too. Usually, the thin liquid is either honey-colored or perfectly clear. It’s also made with great care, and it can reach 99% purity or higher.

Depending on the way it’s produced, the distillate does include the original terpenes of the components, and also is blended with other kinds of terpenes, to create new and active different sorts of flavor profiles. The coolest thing about this as well, is that they’re used for a lot of different ways.  They’re most popularly used in cannabis distillates to really make everything even better for you as a user.

Vape Cartridges

This is a perfect example of cannabis distillate because this is a cartridge that’s filled with the pure extracts from cannabis. So the CBD and THC in this is there, and it doesn’t have all of the terpenes, but it can have terpenes in some cases. To get the results, you just put it in your vape and then take a nice, long puff. You’ll feel the effects of this almost immediately. They do last for a few hours and are a great way to really make sure that you’re getting the most results that you can out of this.

For a lot of people, cannabis distillates may not be the best way to ensure that you’re getting the cannabis that you want, but for a lot of them, they’re definitely an enjoyable aspect to this. With that said, the best way to get started is to ask about the different kinds of cannabis concentrates at the local dispensary. They can help you not just with finding a good strain for you to enjoy, but also make sure that you as well get the results that you want from your cannabis

One of the most frequently asked questions on the internet is of course, cannabis diarrhea. Is it possible? Is it something that should be an expected side effect or not? There are legit reasons for this, but it may not just be the marijuana, but it may be other things too. Pot does make you poop, but here are some facts to know about with this.

What’s Going on?

The human body does love cannabis, and there are tons of benefits, with the receptors helping to properly regulate the body. they are controlled by these CB1 receptors, which are the “traffic cops” that properly monitor and adjust the different rates. You also have the CB2 receptor, which is responsible for the immune system, the contraction, and bowel inflammation.

In the body, these receptors can sometimes have a lot of beneficial results, but sometimes, it does cause bathroom issues. So who is to blame here? It may not be THC, but rather the CBD content in this. In trials for Epidiolex, there was the side effect or diarrhea, but not every participant got it, however a lot of them did.  Some people did get it, but none of them were so bad that it required them to go see a doctor.

Full spectrum CBD does help with bowel issues, including Crohn’s disease and IBS, and reduces inflammation. However, higher dosages did result in more bathroom trips, especially for those not used to this as well. CBD does regulate the gut motility in some cases, so it may stimulate your GI tract and push everything out. The antioxidants that are there too also may help you feel better too, and may be a good solution for constipation, but if you’re far from a bathroom, this is a major problem.

When to Worry

The biggest time to worry is if you notice cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome, which is basically that you’re dealing with bad reactions to cannabis, including vomiting, abdominal issues and pain, nausea, and diarrhea. This can happen if you take cannabis products that are too potent. Sometimes, this ca cause persistent vomiting, which means you may need to go to the hospital until the side effects and symptoms calm down.

Why it Happens

Some people may get it because of how potent something is. Sometimes, if you’re having too much CBD, or too much THC, it may cause this, especially in those who are sensitive. Some people may need more CBD though in order to have more gut motility. You also may have this happen because of stress, and there is a theory which says that if you have cannabis, you’ll have less constipation, so it’s something that may be good in the long haul and might just be your gut holding onto it.

One of the molecules in this called 2-AG is actually responsible for controlling when you need to poop, so it may cause a parasympathetic influence on the body, which means that it is possibly inadvertently controlling. Naturally, though, it’s still something that people may want to talk to their doctor about.

There are studies which show that the cannabinoids that are occurring in the gut may help with peristalsis, and this is the flexing involuntarily and the relaxation of your muscles in your intestine, which may help with instances and severity of diarrhea.

Really though, it’s a rare circumstance, but it’s something that may possibly lead to better bowel movements after your body gets used to it, and it’s something that, after a bit, the body may want to possibly adjust as well for your own benefit too.

Have you ever tried cannabis drinks? They’re something that are legalized and available recreationally in some places. This is something that actually is pretty cool, and something you ca try at home. Here, we’ll go over what cannabis drinks entail.

Cannabis Beverages

Edible cannabis does offer different highs compared to smoking or vaping. This is something that definitely should be considered if you want a faster high, with a higher uptake tan a mere edible.

Cannabis drinks also have what’s called an emulsions, which is where the THC undistilled into smaller particles, and then absorbed quickly, reducing the time to feel the effects. You usually feel cannabis drinks, within, 20 minutes, whereas edibles can take up to an hour or more.

This is something that can definitely be good if you want to just relax in a hammock all day, and also offer ra gentle buzz as well. This does depend as well on the psychoactive result that you choose, and decarboxylating it with a sativa strain will make you energetic, happy, talkative, and a lot more relative. But if you want to stay in, creating a cannabis wine will help make you have a lighter sedative effective too.

Is it Heather to Drink?

This is something some people do get curious about. This is something that does give you a different buzz compared to alcohol, and if you’re celebrating, this can be fun and practical. Some people like this better because it offers a low sugar way to consume cannabis, and it is something that can be good if you’re trying to have something more GI-friendly for you.

For some people, if they don’t want to worry about carbs, and don’t want to feel crummy, this is an alternative to those sugary drinks that do jack up the blood sugar.Alcohol is also a carcinogen that is linked to liver, stomach, and esophageal cancers, and f3equnt consumption does damage the kidneys, bone density, and pancreas, with alcohol not being friendly for the body, so cannabinoids are something that can actually offer a lot of beneficial effects to the person.

Cannabis with Alcohol—a no-no

This is something that a lot of people think is a good idea. Mixing cannabis with alcohol is something that can be a little bit too potent. This also does his harder with alcohol, since it can cause an intensity that does make it hard for you to possibly balance out.

For those who aren’t as tolerant of cannabis, it can cause a lot of psychological and physical effects that can be a lot more potent. This is because it can take a bit longer and the delayed effect as well may make it seem like an hour or more passing by before you get the impact of this.

This is something with a lot more potency to this, simply because of the effect that it delays. People can also be more tempted to have more edibles than they’re able to tolerate, and then, they get too high, to the point of discomfort.

For drinkable cannabis, you should make sure that you just have this, and then have alcohol later on. Too much cannabis before you have alcohol may seem to be something that will help with intoxication, and this is something that can be a bit too potent in most cases, and it can be a bit of a problem.

But you can definitely have cannabis-infused beverages as an alternative to alcohol, and maybe a good option for those who don’t want to have alcohol, or want something that you’re able to use.
